Intro to Pilates (5 Sessions) - $275
- 5 Private sessions with a Certified Instructor or Apprentice.
- The sessions will cover: Pilates Fundamentals, Mat and Equipment Exercises.
- This is a prerequisite for any new clients wishing to take Equipment Class.

Individual Sessions
Private Session - $80
One-on-one Pilates training w/ a Certified Pilates Instructor

Duet (per person) - $50
Two students with one instructor

Trio (per person) - $45
Three students with one instructor

Equipment Class - $37
Equipment Class - Reformer/Tower & Chair

Combo Class - $30
The traditional Pilates exercises performed on the floor/mat and tower.

Mat Class - $18
The traditional Pilates exercises performed on the floor/mat.

Session Packages
Elite Package - $2500
(25% off all sessions and classes)

Platinum Package - $1000
(15% off all sessions and classes)

Gold Package - $500
(10% off all sessions and classes)

Green Package - $300
(5% off all sessions and classes)

Specialized services offered by Lizette:
Gait and Sports Conditioning Assessments
$85 for one 50 minute initial session. Then regular private prices apply.
*First session in not discounted if you have a package.

Body-Consciousness Training
$85 for one 20-40 minute session. Comes with a CD. *This is not discounted if you have a package

Studio BE Pilates Policies
- Registration Required.
- Green and Gold packages must be used in 90 days.
- Elite and Platinum package must be used in 180 days.
- All Classes 50 minutes in length.
- Reservations are required for all classes. Classes/sessions must be pre-paid
in order to make reservation.
- 24-Hour cancellation policy for all sessions and classes.
- Studio BE reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance.
- Studio BE is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal property.
- There will be a $40 fee charged for returned checks.
- Please pay by check or credit card only. We do not keep cash in the studio.
- Studio BE reserves the right to engage substitute teachers for classes
and/or sessions when the regular teacher is absent.
- No credits or refunds on any packages or services.

Cancellation policy

As winter approaches, please keep in mind that all classes and private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for your session unless we are able to book another client as a result of your cancellation. A credit card number may be required to hold your class or private session reservation.

Inclement weather policy

Studio Be Pilates does not follow the Fairfax County Public School closing schedule. Should we receive inclement weather, please check the website to see if your class has been cancelled. Please make sure and cancel yourself out of your class as soon as you know you do not plan on coming in. This will notify the instructor of cancellations she may then cancel the class if there will be low attendance (and you will not be charged for a late cancel). If the schools are closed or delayed during your class time and we decide to have class, you will not be charged if you decide to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If the federal government is closed then Studio Be Pilates will close.

Attire

Shoes - No street shoes allowed in the studio please. Clean socks or bare feet preferred. Shoes not worn outdoors may be worn in the studio, however no shoes on the equipment at any time.

Clothing - Comfortable workout clothing, long pants or tights preferred. Any type of workout shirt or t-shirt. No zippers, snaps, etc., that might get caught on equipment or scratch the upholstery. If you wear shorts, please be certain to wear bike shorts underneath, as your legs will be up in the air!

Jewelry - Please be conservative. It might get caught on the equipment.
